Continuous Converting from Reel to Stack
Raw tissue web enters through pneumatic tension rollers, passes through single or multi-color flexo printing stations, receives decorative border knurling, and folds cleanly into square or dispenser shapes.
- 1-2 Color Flexo Printing Station: Ceramic anilox rolls and chambered doctor blades ensure odorless, water-based printing with crisp logo resolution.
- Rotary Vacuum / Mechanical Folding: Configurable for 1/4 quarter fold, 1/8 dispenser fold, or custom cocktail formats.
