Vacuum Cylinder Interfolding Mechanics
Two continuous paper webs are fed through rotary vacuum cylinders that alternately nest the sheets together, guaranteeing that pulling one towel effortlessly presents the next sheet for the user.
- High-Vacuum Roots Blowers: Guarantees slip-free paper adhesion against folding drums at peak operating speeds.
- Edge Calendering & Embossing: Bonds multi-ply sheets together without chemical adhesives, preserving maximum absorbency.
- Automatic Stack Separator: Programmable counting fingers automatically divide bundles into 150-250 sheet packs ready for cartoning.
